Welcome to Welbridg, owned by Casia Growth Lab Ltd. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Welbridg app and the services provided through it. By using the Welbridg app, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the app.

Use of the Welbridg App

1.1 Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Welbridg app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

The Welbridg app and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Casia Growth Lab Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of the app's content without our prior written consent.

2.2 Feedback:

If you provide any suggestions, feedback, or ideas regarding the Welbridg app, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such feedback for any purpose without any compensation or attribution to you.

THE WELBRIDG APP AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OF THE APP OR ITS SERVICES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASIA GROWTH LAB LTD. AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WELBRIDG APP OR ITS SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Welbridg app or any of its services at any time without prior notice. We may also update or modify these Terms of Use. Continued use of the app after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
